Cost savings
All services by third parties are performed at your own discretion.
4. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate property and personal information
Maintain safe access to your property when scheduling services
Pay all agreed fees (membership, services, etc.)
5. Payments & Subscriptions
Memberships are billed monthly unless otherwise stated
You may cancel at any time (effective at end of billing cycle)
Initial survey fees are non-refundable once completed
