Castle was founded in 2025 by Cory Wolff after nine years of managing restoration projects for large corporations and high-net-worth clients across the United States. Specializing in water or fire damage recovery and service management programs, Cory worked in natural disaster zones throughout Florida, Louisiana, Texas, and California, responding to devastating events and repairing hundreds of damaged properties.
Through this work, he saw a clear divide: those who were prepared and well-resourced recovered faster, sustained less damage, and returned to work or home long before everyone else.
After leaving the industry and permanently returning home to Idaho, Cory founded Castle Estate Management - your personal home service managers to prepare, prevent, and coordinate - built to bring the same elite level of organization and protection to those who need it most: the everyday homeowner.

Collecting data is paramount for protecting your most valuable asset. We gather over 150 data points through a home profile review including installation dates, types of material used, emergency contacts, and overall conditions to make sure we are able to serve you best.
Service Management
We are your full-service vendor manager for anything within the four corners of your property line. We continually research and monitor pricing and vendor quality, then coordinate and schedule anything you need maintained, protected, or repaired.
Risk Reduction
Castle members have a $500 Claim Credit in the event you have an emergency. If you have an event and use our vendor for response and repair, you get a check - it's that simple. We also inform clients of preventative maintenance options to hedge against emergencies and unnecessary damages.
Spend Protection
The greatest protection for your home is to ensure services are performed correctly- the first time, at the proper price. Castle has a team dedicated to research, comparing, secret shopping, surveying, and vetting vendors to deliver the highest quality of work for fairest market prices.
